Flex 2 won't charge

I never used my Flex 2 but I must have had it for at least a year, unused. Today I went to charge it and the battery won't work. There is Only one white light and that's it. Should I just throw it away?

Hi @Gulf  read this article - click - on what to do when you have trouble charging. Since you never used it, it's still worth trying to get it charged in case it can come back to life. Here is the user manual and related articles specifically for the Flex 2 - click to go there.
