I have synced my flex 2 but it still says 0 steps. My actual wristband shows I’ve hit 10000 steps.
why won’t it sync?

Hi @Grclark Usually restarting your Flex 2 will get it syncing again. If that doesn't work then have a work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
