Hi there, @Donkeys431. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Flex 2. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your help!
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Flex 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I've moved your post to the Flex & Flex 2 board for organization purposes.

Hello @Donkeys431
Please check here first to ensure your mobile device or tablet is compatible with the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices If it is indeed compatible try turning the Bluetooth off on your mobile device, wait a few seconds then turn the Bluetooth back on. If that fails try logging out of the Fitbit App, turning your Bluetooth off, restart your phoneIf, turn your Bluetooth back on then log back into the Fitbit App and try syncing again. If the problem continues try restarting your Inspire 2. You do this by plugging your Inspire 2 into its charger then press down and hold the button on the Inspire 2 until you see a smiley icon then release the button. Now try to sync. If you need further help look here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm
😃Please come back let me know if this answered your syncing issue
