Can you still do your oxygen levels with fit bit?

Hi, @Missmeista some of the Fitbits will monitor your oxygen level (SPO2) overnight.  This requires a heart rate sensor.  You have posted in the Flex/Flex2 forum.  That Fitbit does not have a heart rate sensor so it is not possible with that Fitbit.
