My Samsung Galaxy S8 no longer recognizes my Flex since updating the Fitbit app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, did a force quit, tried to pair ... nothing. I turned Bluetooth off and back on and it's not finding my device. Flex is four years old. Battery is fully charged and lights are flashing. Phone is also fully charged. Thoughts?!?!?

Hello Marco ... I am having all the same issues ever since updating the app a few days ago. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, did a force quit, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on... My Bluetooth on Samsung Galaxy S8 no longer recognizes my Fitbit Flex. Help! Battery is fully charged, lights are flashing, but app will not recognize it. Flex is four years old and was working perfectly until I updated app ... Thoughts?

Hi @LisaJSal your post in the iOS forum was moved to this one. Marco isn't with Fitbit anymore and you needed an answer to your question. I have a Samsung 8 and it works with my Alta HR. Sometimes it's not the phone as much as the basic requirements to use it. I'm on Android 9. this article might help. click to see

Hello Mary! After MUCH frustration I am happy to report that I finally got my Flex to sync late last night!! I had to do three separate OS system updates on my Samsung Galaxy S8, charge the Flex battery for 24 solid hours, and then reset tracker while it was in its charger by inserting thin paper clip in round hole on back of charger and firmly pressing for about 5 seconds ... whew! Hope this info helps you reset yours, too!!

Me too, stopped syncing on Monday 2nd November. Come on Fitbit - sort it.
