Flex half working

My flex 2 screen only works when it wants to, sometimes its fine other times nothing.

Also It won't notify me of messages or phone calls anymore. 

Has anyone else had this problem ? 

It's just over a year old.

Hi @SamB76 I am a bit confused about which Fitbit you have. Neither the Flex nor the Flex 2 have screens. So what Fitbit DO you have?

Yes I got it wrong I have charge 3. Used to have flex 2. Sorry for
confusion. I think its sorted now
