Flex screen damage

Within days of receiving my new Flex (approx 1 month ago), I noticed some small white markings on the edge of the screen... The plastic appears to have damaged very quickly. It's not huge, but it's noticeable, and disappointing for a brand new device... Has anyone noticed this too? Any suggestions on how to reach out to Fitbit for a potential replacement? Also: have you tried screen protectors, do they work nicely?

Hi @cdesmar  the Flex was discontinued a few years ago and it was my first Fitbit. Not sure if anyone ever made a screen protector for them since the only screen was pretty much a slender bar across the band. You might want to check with the place you purchased it, but there wouldn't be a replacement from Fitbit as these are no longer being made and are long out of warranty.
