Hi @Sridhar1985 The title of the post says Flex Versa 2. Is it a flex 2? If so, it is getting to be an oldish tracker - they have been discontinued for several years now, so it may be that the battery is dying. But in any case try restarting the tracker a few times and see if it will charge then, and if that doesn't help then try THIS Help Article on charging problems.
