My Flex was working fine but then a few days ago it stopped syncing. The lights still flash on it and it vibrates when I've done my steps but I can't check via the app how many steps I've done. I've tried setting up as a new device but my iphone won't find it. Doesn't work on ipad or laptop either. Have tried all the usual bluetooth resets on phone etc (my phone pairs with other devices fine so mustn't be a phone bluetooth issue). Have also reset the Flex. It is quite old - maybe this is the problem? Although I have only used it on and off over the years, not consistantly the whole time I've had it. Please help!

Hi @laurel77 to be honest, it's probably time to think about a new Fitbit. My Flex lived to be about two years old. On the forums, a few people mentioned theirs lived for close to four years of age. Since the battery was dead a lot, then it might not revive. All you can do is the restart and make sure your firmware is up to date, as well as the app. Here is the link to the Flex user manual and related articles - click - in case you forgot a few things.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
My fit bit is around 10 years old! But like I said, there have been years pass by that I haven’t worn it all. The battery is still fine but yeah, maybe it is time for a new one. I’ll get one that has the steps displayed on it this time.
Thanks for your help 🙂
