How to reset flex, won't charge

Hi @Gamoo,
To reset the Flex, you will need:
Your Flex
A paperclip
A computer
Your charger
To reset:
Turn the computer ON.
Plug the charger into the USB port on the computer and put the Flex into the cradle AS IF YOU WERE GOING TO CHARGE IT.
Bend the paperclip into a hook.
Take your modified hook and look for a tiny black hole at the base of the charger. Put the paperclip in there for 3-4 seconds.
Remove the paperclip. You will see every light but the middle light light up, followed by racing lights, and finally your progress before going black. Congrats, the reset was successful!
