I usually use the mobile app, but sometimes I check things on my computer. I am chatting with someone but I cannot find that option on my computer. Can you please tell me how I can get to that so I can chat on my computer.I tried to use the chat to get an answer, nut that feature doesn't work.... I am not surprised!

Hi @CandleMaker  at the moment, Fitbit chat support is limited to the times they have people there to respond in real time. As for your chatting, I know I can go to my friends list and select the person I wish to message and send it while on my computer. https://www.fitbit.com/friends is where I go to cheer, taunt or message. Would that work for you?
