Hello all, having an issue. This is my 4th Flex since 2015. I really like them and they have been trouble free until now. I am trying to add my brand new tracker to my Droid phone. When I go through the steps the phone shows "We've found your Flex!" and I see the Flex flash, then it goes right back to the "Add device" screen. It never makes it to the "Connecting" screen. It's an endless loop every time I try. I've removed and downloaded the app, removed it from Bluetooth, reset the tracker, nothing. Any suggestions?

Sound like you have done a good job troubleshooting the issue, @smallengineguy . You mention you got a new phone. What is it? Is it on the list of supported devices? If yes, I would contact the person who sold you the Flex. It may be defective.

Do you have a computer with Windows 10? If you do, try downloading the Fitbit app on the Microsoft Store and pair it there to see if it works. This worked for me last week when nothing else did.
