My Fitbit Flex 2 was working fine and syncing fine until about 5:30 pm CT last night. Today. It's not syncing. It's fully charged, the lights are blinking when I double tap it, but my Android app is not finding it. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 9. I've force stopped my Fitbit App at least 5x now. I've turned the bluetooth on and off at least 10x. I've removed my Fitbit Flex2 device from my Fitbit App, but now it doesn't even recognize my Fitbit Flex 2 when I try to add a new device. The last update on my phone was on 12/15/2019, and my Fitbit app was working fine since then (again, the last time I synced my Fitbit Flex 2 to my app was at about 5:30 pm CT last yesterday. Please advise.

Same issue with Versa2.  No sleep recorded Fri or Sat night.  Tried to sync today and received the Device not found message.

I ended up doing this ((restarting my Fitbit Flex 2) and it worked.

Me too.  Thought I had restarted several times, but I kept trying and finally saw the fitbit logo, so my assumed restarts weren't actual restarts!Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S9+.

When you force stop the app, it needs to be done through the phone settings, apps, Fitbit.

Swiping out of memory is not enough.
