Original Flex won't update

I tried everything of here to update my flex nothing is working.

Hi @Ruthrabbits  the Flex doesn't get updates now, unless you mean the Fitbit app update. Once a device is no longer being manufactured and sold, it only receives updates for two years. It was retired a while back. You can read more about it here - click to see article.

Noticed you posted on the Zip forum, too. Same thing applies there.
