Ever since my phone had updated my Fitbit Flex has no longer decided to pair with my phone app I've tried closing and opening the app again restarting my phone and logging out and logging back into my account nothing is working please send help

You dont say which LG it is. I checked the list of compatable devices and there are only 3 LG's listed - the V10, G6 and G8. If it isnt one of these then it is very possibly an incompatability as these usually show up following and update to the phone or tracker. That doesnt mean it wont work, but you will need to go through every step/suggestion in the Help Article I linked above. If you still have problems then Id suggest you contact Customer Support and see if they can help you.
