Hello,
Today I used my Fitbit for the first time in a few months. I went for a long walk and got to 11000 steps. Then at 2pm I noticed my step count had reset to 0 and all my steps had gone into "yesterday" on my app dashboard.
I have tried changing my time zone manually. I have tried resetting my Fitbit by pressing the button on my charger as instructed in the Fitbit help chat. It still saying I have done less than 500 steps today.
Any help would be great, thanks.
