How do I change the frequency of when it syncs? I have it on instant or constant?

Hi @Bezzell  these are set to sync when there is activity and is considered to be all day sync. You can't change that, but you can always manually sync if you want to.

Thank you! I was wondering why I could not find that setting and this makes
sense. My battery only lasts for 48 hours and I wad trying to extend that
if I could. Thank you again as that answered my question.

@Bezzell  check out this article on how to make your battery last longer - click to go there. If you're not using notifications, you could even log out of your app, which would save even more battery power.
