How long does the tracker keep charging? Mine charges and as soon as I take it off the charger and tap it. It doesn't light up.  It shows the lights are working as it charges from one light to five. But as soon as I take it out of charger is does not work. Does it stop working after a couple of years? or can anyone tell me whats going on with it?

Hi @skeyequeen,

 

What happens when you tap the device after you take it off the charger?  If it just shows some of the lights, then your tracker is acting normally.  It's showing you your progress towards your step goal.  If not, then it may be something wrong with the tracker, in which case, you will need to contact Support to see what your options are.

after 5 years my fitbit crapped out so it stopped working and i threw it away. thank you anyway. Had fun while i had it
