Uh... I think mine is really, REALLY broken :(

 I'm having bad syncing problems. I have a flex and can not sync it up to the account 😞

Hi @Willow2400  the Flex is really old as far as trackers go, so could well be dying. But try THIS Help Article on syncing problems. My first try is to restart it several times and this often fixes it
