Unable to sync Flex 2

My flex 2 tracker is having syncing problem since past 2 months, I always need to log out n log in again n again but still not syncing at times. What to do. I have also deleted the tracker n rebooted my device again.

I've had exactly the same issue.  No idea why or what's up.  I've lost loads of information that I had

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for both of you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
