I upgraded my app 2 days ago. I often check steps while in use, but had not since taking the upgrade. About midway through along hike my fit bit alerted me to reaching my 10000 step goal. After the hike I opened the app to check my data. The app said iplease wait it was “cleaning Things up a bit”. Understatement! All data was lot. Both my app totals and my Fitbit unit read 0

 

i am working on some fitness goals and need this data. Super frustrated. How can data be recovered?
