Vibrate function not working on alarm only lights

My Fitbit Flex Two has stopped vibrating when I set an alarm the lights still flash but with no vibrations alarms are pretty useless

have tried to trouble shoot using all the tips online but nothing has worked 
I have logged out, unpaired, turned phone in and off, reset Fitbit, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on, turned in and off notifications, charged the Fitbit to full charge, and nothing has worked still just flashes with no vibrate 

Any ideas into how to fix it?

The latest update seems to have broken notifications. I can’t even open the notifications options window.
