I returned a faulty Flex 2 device last month via the required process of attaching Packing slip RMA 14053993. So far no further contact with information on receipt or refund. Please assist? Is this delay and no further contact the normal?

Hi @Jeanette.M.. You must contact Support for more help with your issue. This is a user to user help site. You wrote Flex 2, but Fitbit discontinued that model in 2019.
