3 sets of 120 lbs weighted squats
3 sets of 180 lbs weighted deadlifts
3 sets of 100 lbs bench press
3 sets of 65 lbs overhead press
5 sets of one arm rows with 40 lbs
5 sets of lunges with resistance bands
5 sets of weighted sit ups
5 sets of back extensions
I usually keep my workouts shorter like you but I missed a ST day and just did a full body today. Proud of myself for getting it in there though, it was tough! I'm certain I'll be feeling it tomorrow at work. 😕

quiet day for me, walking laps in the pool then went for an hour walk with the family.
Aiming to amp up the workouts next week, decided to take a break from anything too intense and enjoy the holidays.
Must say though, I am finding it hard not working out but it has done me good as I think I needed the break. I did make sure though that I didn't let my eating get out of hand which I have been known to do usually during this period

20 wallballs (20 pound wall balls)/400 m run/20 wall balls/400 m run/15 wall balls.
then
5 rounds of 12 pull ups/12 kettle bell swings (53 pounds)
then
deadlift sets, ending to a set of 6 of 180#
then
3 rounds of 8 banded good mornings/8 supine ring rows/8 weighted GHD back extensions
then at least 5 miles of walking with my family throughout the day...
