Did you mean:

10,000 steps per hour

Back before I turned 60 (and had a series of broken parts and other issues) I used to be able to run with a fast enough cadence to log at least 10,000 steps for an hour, sometimes two at a stretch.  Then came pneumonia, then a badly fractured big toe, then a torn arch, then a broken leg, and finally COVID; yeah, it's been a rough four years, not much running, but lots of eating and weight gain.  😞

At long last, my legs started feeling semi normal earlier this year and I've been taking advantage of that fact to dial up my running; I'm not to pre-60 shape yet, but today I managed a two hour and fifteen minute run and logged 22,000 steps.  Maybe another month or two and that magic 10,000 step per hour rate will get hit.  🙂
