I had a good 2020, ended with 2550 miles for the year. Off to a good start in 2021 with 262 miles in January. I'm at 15,632 miles in my "journey around the earth" that I started in 2014. And I got a Hike in to Mt. Camerer ( Cosby,Tenn.) last month . . . Tough hike,8 out of 12 miles in snow and ice but so worth it !!!

Wow @mtntopman, that's really inspiring, congratulations! I'm so glad to hear you've been on your way to achieve those huge goals.
Any advice you can give so we can have enough energy and stamina for hiking activities?
Best Answer@JuanJoFitbit Start with small goals and stick with them . . . I try to get forty miles a week minimum so I walk every chance I get and I usually get 40 plus . . . It's really not that hard . . . One thing I do is eat at morning break at work then walk at lunch . . . That adds up big time . . .

Wow @mtntopman congratulations! 😎 What is your secret? I'm not that good, I don't do a lot of miles during the week and sometimes I do some on weekends but not that many during the year. You're an example to follow.

@mtntopman, thank you so much for those valuable tips my friend. I'll definitely start doing what you advised since there are no excuses for me hahaha
I'll see you around and keep reading your achievements! 😀
Best Answer@YojanaFitbit . . . I use times during break and lunch to walk . When I leave work I go directly to trail and put in 4 to 5 miles everyday after work .
