4 hour activity

I will be attending a 4 hour coaching session for cardio drumming. I have been told that I will be moving pretty much the whole 4 hours and that it'll be a great workout. I have a charge HR. My question is, should I start and end the 4 hours in the workout mode to track calories/steps/heart rate to get a more technical breakdown. I've never done workout mode longer than 90 minutes before. Anyone have any experience or thought? Thanks!

@BurningLove79 Go for it. I set the Workout and check my low HR while asleep, 7-9 hours works OK. Lessens the battery slightly but I get the results.

But in saying that I have an outstanding Support ticket where Fitbit acknowledged there was an issue with my Charge HR syncing.because I do not get all of my Workouts synced on my Charge HR.  My Surges work perfectly everytime.

You appear to be syncing perfectly so as I say go for it.
