4D embroidery dongle

Hi,

I have had a Pfaff creative vision 5.5 for 2 years. I have a dongle that allows me to store and create embroidery files. I have never had 1 problem with the dongle until now. My computer will not recognize it will not open and it says Dongle Driver not found HASP, HC PROTECT SYSTEM. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORESO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT IS DOING THIS. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT WITH THE 4D Embroidery dongle, I would be so grateful for any suggestions, as I have had to have my sewing machine repaired and can not afford to take in my computer of thats the problem. Thank you

Doing a google search this dongle does not belong to fitbit.

 

You might want to go to that forum and ask your question
