5 Days of Activity/Exercise Slow to Post?

For the "5 Days of Exercise This Week", how long does it take for the FitBit to post that I have completed the requirements?  I jog for thirty minutes every morning and log 4200 to 4500 steps but it takes hours for the fitbit to register that I completed that day of exercise. Why?

If you mean to show on phone app, it could be that it just hasn't synced yet. Try forcing a sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
