I just have to share this after trying it out last night:
You all (especially women) have to try Krav Maga (Israeli martial arts)! It is the most empowering, rewarding workout I have ever done. Not only did I burn about 400 calories in less than an hour, but the teachings are things that can save your life!

I have done Krav for about 5 years and love it. I partnered it with my Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It made me feel very confident as a woman that I could defend myself if needed. I always hope that I will never need this knowledge. Glad you found it too!
