A week of #75Hard

My wife and I are in the process of trying to lose some weight. I like to think most of us here are doing that same thing.

The last few days, we put some serious effort in to starting something called 75 Hard.

Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant to begin with, but after a full week, I think there is something too it.

We are actually documenting the process if anyone wants to see it.

I've seen some successes with it. Honestly, more than I expected.

Any thoughts on the program? 75 Hard as a whole?

hey there @RubyHunter4  I have a coworker who was/is on it. She is currently on her second round. She has lost weight, gained a certain perspective on things and in general has a positive outlook on the program. She took the break they recommend and is now back on it. From what I have read and have seen, the program reinforces or forces you to create and keep up with good habits like nutrition, hydration, activity, fresh air, expanding your mind, etc. for 75 days. During this time the expectation is that it becomes a habit and you carry it on for the next month, year, decade. If it works for you keep it up and share your results.. much success to you in your journey.
