Best AnswerCheck what times ur active minutes are set between. You may be walking at times outside the settings. My active minutes are set between 1pm and midnight cause that's when I'm most active

That doesn't make any sense. It's supposed to record the minutes that you are *actually* active.

Best AnswerThey only register i think if you are active for more than the default 10 minutes or whatever you have the setting at in the app.
You can go in and change it.
It means you have to walk for more than 10 minutes at a time before it starts seeing it as 'active'.
Best AnswerHow do you set your active minute times? I have my 250 an hour step time set from 8am to 8pm. But that does not record my active minutes. I ride my stationary bike for 20 plus minutes and I walk for at least 10 minutes in the mornings (after 8am) but it only records as a work out not active minutes. So I am confused.

Either your tracker isn't picking up all the steps or what you are doing is not strenuous to count as active minutes.
