Did you mean:

Activity levels classification

When I export the data there are minutes spent in each of the activity levels

Is this based on heart rate categories?

Like Very active is time spent at >85% of max HR

active is 70-84%

lightly active is 50-69%

<50% is sedentary

Could someone please clarify/offer any insight? Thanks!!

hey there.. I am confused a bit by your question so apologies in advance..are you asking about HR levels- peak, cardio, fat burn, resting or are you asking about "lifestyle" classifications, sedentary, lightly active, etc? Your HR doesn't drive activity level - that is based on how often, how long and how intense your workouts are.. so if you run four days per week, walk miles and miles the other three, work on a construction site and lift every other day in addition to cardio you would be classified as very active. During your run, your HR may be in cardio and peak for the majority of the time.. you get where this is going. If I completely misunderstood your question - please clarify..
