Im using the T25 focus workouts at the minute, already on week 6 Beta level, is anyone else doing this and how do you record it on your fitbit dashboard?

I've been doing T25 since March. Absolutely love it. I did one round of Alpha and just started my last week of my 2nd round of Beta. I have Gamma, but doing P90X3 next to mix things up.
I use the free MyFitnessPal.com app and log it as "Aerobics, vigorous" for all the workouts except Upper Focus, which I log as Cardio > Strength. The FitBit is linked to MyFitnessPal. If you go to the MFP settings and check the box for "Enable Negative Adjustments", that appears to reduce the calorie burn from the FitBit from what MFP calculates, which makes it more accurate. I assume 🙂
All I know is that I keep losing weight with just a small calorie deficit, so I assume it's close enough. I'm not real obsessed with calorie counting.
