Ok guys, I am looking for a new goal for August. I am always competing with myself (steps, miles, calories, floors, etc.) by week, month, etc. What are some goals you have to keep yourself motivated or just goals in general for the month of August?

Goals are pretty specific to the person In my Opinion
Right now I'm just trying to increase my steps. I had surgery and was down for quite a while just trying to get back to what I was doing
Might want to join us here and set you own goals and see what others goals are

Just this week, I am setting a personal goal for myself to go to the gym every day and work out as hard as I can for at least an hour. I usually go about 5 times a week for about 45 minutes, so this will just be a little more push than usual. Trying to break a plateau.
Overall, I'm going to use August to get back on track with logging my food and cleaning up my diet. I've been a bit off the wagon for a few weeks.
