BCAA's for Women?

hi! I just started taking BCAAs but I'm not sure i'm doing it the right way.  I know there's lots of different ways to do it, but what's the best way if i'm looking to burn fat and build muscle? I'm looking to lose another 2-4% body fat and gain about 5-10 lbs of muscle. 

 

Currently i use one scoop of BCAA during my workout and protein after. I also drink one scoop at night before bed. 

 

Is that right?

 

Does drinking BCAA's during a workout in any way reduce or increase fat burn? Or does it not have any effect?

For all the claims made by supplement companies, I would be surprised if any supplement (be it BCCA or "fat burners") would affect fat loss in any significant manner (one way or the other).
