Not going to give up. Back and trying again to get fit and reach my weight goal. I fell in June as I have posted before. After 8 weeks knee was well enough to get back to walking and regular routine. So two weeks ago I started out slow. I have been walking 1/2 mile a day. Next week I plan to up that. Also have been going to a senior center, twice a week, for the past two weeks. Doing low impact aerobics. Have made some changes to my food choices. Have lost 1 lb. in that 2 weeks. Nine mote to go to reach my goal. Only getting about 4000 steps a day. Was getting between 8,000 and 10,000 a day before knee injury. The way I see it, don't give up. The only way to win is to stay with it.

Never give up we here and helping each other out when we need it. It's nice to see comments from you all

Keep up the fight you can endure and overcome! Sounds like you have already done very well on the food intake reduction (?) Keep up the good work and you will reach your goals
