What time and days do you typically end up working out? I find myself working out after work around 5pm 3-4x a week for about 1-1.5 hours.

I have the advantage of being retired, so I can go to the gym during the non-busy times. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon are my best times. Lunch hour and after work are the busiest times at the gym, so I usually avoid those times. Saturday all day is busy, but Sunday is only busy during the afternoon hours, from 1:00 to 5:00.

I go about 3:10 am on alternate days. On the other days, I run at the same time.

4:30am, 5 days a week weigh training (alternating between machines and free weights).... Then either ride my bike or go back to the gym for some cardio after work

It varies. I go to spin twice a week -- once after work and once in the morning (usually 8am) on saturdays. Otherwise, I'm generally at the gym around 6pm on weekdays (around 2-3x per week for weight training). Occasionally I'll get up before work (around 5:30am) and go for a quick hike, but it's so hot out now that I don't do it too often. I walk to and from work everyday, and walk back and forth for lunch/to take the dog out, too, so I like to think that counts for something!

Since I prefer to shower at night, I tend to do my workouts in the evening when I get home. I want to go for two 10-minute workout videos, 20 minutes walking on the treadmill (plus cooldown), and working on a few machines. I try for the videos five days a week and the treadmill every day.

The key to long term success and sustaining a workout routine is flexibility and persistence. I start every day with a plan and I have backup plans to deal with the inevitable things that get in your way.
If I can't make my morning workout, I take my gym bag to work and try to work out at lunch. If I miss both my morning and lunch workouts then I force myself to get a workout in before dinner. If that fails, I will wait an hour after I eat and get in my run or lifting session in.
I've been consistent for many years (I reached my goal weight in 2012) and the key is having backup plans and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get my workout in regardless of what obstacles life thrown my way.
If your workout time is only morning, lunch or after work, chances are that you will eventually fail because life is complicated.

I prefer the morning which usually happens Fri- Sun. But most days its very late afternoon or early evening. The important thing to me is not to skip it. If its nice out, I forgo the gym altogether and go to the park.
