I'm a stay at home mom of 2, I do not have time to travel 2 a gym (my children are ALWAYS with me and any who can watch the kids for me do not live close at all). I find it difficult to reach 10,000 steps or even burn the extra calories I would like in order 2 loose weight. So I was wondering does anyone supplement in order to reach their goals with at home workout videos/dvds? Jillian Michaels, Leslie Sansone, or anything?
Ps I've had my fitbit for a while now but never mustered up the courage to look or ask for friends 2 give me the extra push I need. So please feel free to add me https://www.fitbit.com/user/3S43SC

I found the Leslie Sansone videos on Youtube, along with Sweatin' the the Oldies. Those have been beneficial to me. Once thing you could do also is get DVDs from the library.
