What do u people do when u have had a real bad lazy week and this has happened after a long time .
Do u get into challenges the next week or do something else?

When I have a lazy week, I look for something to motivate me for the next week. I might start a challenge with some friends or challenge myself. My sister and I have renewed our committment to going to the gym. A buddy system definitely helps with motivation, I think. I feel like I've lost some of my motivation lately, so I bought a new, fairly inexpensive machine to change my routine. So I guess my suggestions are - a friend, new routine or new type of exercise.

What I'm doing is challenging myself to take the dog out for a second walk if I had a bad day, that way I clock in more steps. Do you have any dogs to walk?

Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up over it. Just get right back into the swing of things the next week.

For me, a lazy week usually correlates directly with more drinking & eating. So, the tight-fitting clothes and feeling rather crappy all around usually will motivate me to get my butt in gear.
