I am thinking of starting Hip Hop Abs and was wondering how it worked with the Fitbit Ultra. Does any one know if I bounce enough to make it count accurately or should I clock it in as an Activity? And how many steps/distance do you give it?

Not to sure what Hip Hop Abs is but, you can program the fitbit to be very sensitive.

I'm not familiar with Hip Hop Abs, but if you are taking steps with it I'd use the fitbit, if not I would just log it manually later. Good luck!

Hi sharynb,
I know this is a very late reply, but feel free to send me a direct message if you still had any questions or troubles with the program, or if you just want additional information from what I've said here.
My understanding is that the fitbit isn't great at tracking that type of activity. The way that I track my Insanity workouts is to add the activity through in MyFitnessPal on my phone and I've had pretty decent success with that. I'm guessing you could probably do something relatively similar.
Hope this helps!
