Hi Mandy! Thanks for being here! I think I could benefit from your expertize lol I am training to run a 5K. I started training at the first of the year and my first 5K is Saturday, March 14th EKKKKK! Smiley Tongue I know it is only my first one ever, so it may not be too successful so I signed up for a second one for Saturday, May 2nd so I could hopefully have more success.. In this journey, I am wanting to lose 20 pounds by the end of May. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do to achieve this goal?

Hi there!I Congratulations on registering foryour first 5K!!! I am very excited for you. I would recommend looking into the Couch to 5K program-- it is excellent, not too hard to follow and ANYONE can do it reasonably! 🙂

As for losing weight, some will come naturally as your activity picks up -- but you truly cannot out exercise a bad diet. Sad, but true! If you are interested in chatting more details feel free to email/direct message me. 🙂
