I do regular fascia training, so I weared my new Inspire 3 and tried an "excercise" mode. But I can't find a suitable mode for fascia training. So I chose "Yoga" instead, and it gave me low credit. Yoga is too weak compared to what we do in fascia training. "Aerobics" is probably too high. I wonder how these differend Excercise Modes influence my training scores. So far the "auto modes" (run) didn't jump in, giving me no credit at all. So what would be a good excercise mode between Yoga and Aerobics? Pilates?

@Bodywatcher I moved your post to the Get Moving forum. I think it is a better fit for this question and it will reach a wider audience.
