Fitbit usually gives heart rate zones as moderate/vigorous/peak. I wanted to know if there is a way we can have these with customer heart rate values based on our data so I can exactly know when I'm in zone 2/3/4/5.

Hi @ashohakan I'm sorry, but Fitbit doesn't have a custom heart rate feature. It had one a few years ago, but it only let you set one target zone.
Fitbit uses a very different methodology from the five heart rate zone method. Fitbit uses an equation that uses your resting heart rate as part of the calculation. Technically, it has four zones, namely below zone, moderate, vigorous, and peak. The five heart rate zones use straight percentages of your HRmax. Fitbit's moderate zone is very close to zone 2, but not exact. It is really apples and oranges after that.
I also moved your post to the Get Moving forum, a better fit for your question.

If you're trying to track the intensity of your exercise, use Cardio Load. It uses an exponential formula that measures effort much more accurately than counting minutes in one of two zones.
How Fitbit uses Cardio Load is a little more problematic but just tracking the cardio load yourself and setting your own goals works pretty well.
