Hi!
I use a recumbent elliptical (I have MS & don’t have the balance for a regular one.)
What is the best exercise choice for this exercise? I know I could use the Elliptical setting but I’m not really getting steps in because I’m sitting. Would the bike setting with GPS turned off be better?
I am trying to track calorie burn more then anything else, for weight loss reasons.

GPS won’t help, since it’s indoor and stationary anyway. You could test "Bike", "Elliptical" and "Workout" (for exercises of the same duration and intensity), see how they compare and pick up the one that would be best matching. Regardless of what you log, your heart rate will be the same, and it plays a big role.
