Hi! I’m having complications getting my Fitbit back up and working properly. It keeps showing the big red X and says “Data not cleared sync and try again”. I tried the other techniques you mentioned previous discussions but it didn’t work. Can you help me?

In order to better assist you, please let me know what Fitbit device you have and what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
