Before, for few weeks, the BR was populated only on Tuesdays and only if I kept the app open during the night. Now that s not happening anymore. Since December last year I provably had 50 BR in total. Why this is still an issue? No admins came back. No support from customer service either.

I find this rather interesting and I bet the Fitbit development would as well. Perhaps there is some anomaly happening in the background that aligns with you keeping the app open during the night. This might be worth reaching out to customer service to see if they can identify the problem on the back end.

I tried every other days , didn't appear. I tried on Tuesdays without the app in the background and it didn't work. I talked to customer service. Why nobody contact me to explorer this and maybe find a solution? Thank you
**update 21/August. The BR appeared this morning. Will try again tonite, always with the app opened in the bg.
