I normally use apps like MadFit or Freeletics for guided workouts but was gifted a Fitbit recently. It seems fitbit doesn't offer a customized collection of training videos to fit workout goals, but instead individual videos you could potentially put together a regimen yourself.. but there's no search bar to look up videos. You have to select a category then go hunting through every available option.
All this to ask:
Am I using the program wrong, or is there ANY way Fitbit is planning to create customized training? Because paying for separate subscriptions is less than ideal 😅

I’ve had a similar issue with my Sense 2 after recent updates. What helped in my case was tightening the strap slightly and switching the device to my non-dominant wrist, as ManuFitbit suggested. Restarting the watch and re-syncing with the Fitbit app also seemed to improve the sleep detection over the next few nights. It’s a bit of trial and error, but keeping the tracker snug and checking the heart-rate consistency made a noticeable difference for me. Hopefully, with these tweaks, your device will start picking up the full sleep session again.
