I would love to see Fitbit build into the app a coach to keep you moving while exercising like the way Nike has.  This would totally motivate me.

Sounds awesome @corsig! I highly recommend that you share this idea in our Feature Requests forum. This is a great place to get the attention of Fitbit's developers.

 

Also, keep in mind that you have the option of the premium Membership  in which you can have your own Trainer. For more information about this, click on this article.
