@Skaterking81 A warm welcome to the Community! It will be a good idea if you set a
Food Plan and set your weight goal to see how many calories you're allow to eat during the day. I have a friend who was doing a diet and the nutritionist told her to eat breakfast and a snack the same for lunch and a snack (the snack should be eaten after 1 or 2 hours of the lunch) What has helped her is that she has been eating almost the whole day but healthy food and small amounts of it.
If you feel hungry the whole time, you can try this awesome recipe, this will help you to not feel hungry all the day You can also contact a nutritionist.

Exactly what the above poster said. Eat about 5 small meals a day, it keeps you energized, full, and keeps your metabolism going. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner.
Definitely utilize the food tracker here, it can really help you see how much you should be taking in, especially depending on how active you are each day.
There will be times where you fall below or go above, which is totally okay, but they have a little meter where they show a goal range of calories taken in and so long as the little pointer is in the green area, you are good! 🙂
